BEST BREAKFAST COMMITTEE REPORT

Best Breakfast continues to be a wonderful time of fellowship with church members and the community.  Four teams serve breakfast from 7 am to 9 am every Sunday from September to May.  We have been serving approximately 50 to 120 customers.

A welcome addition to the kitchen is the chemical grease fire extinguisher located over the gas stove.  Thankfully, we haven’t had to use it!

The teams that have been working on Easter Sunday have been serving breakfast buffet style.  It seems to be a great success and we are hoping to continue with the buffet on Easter.

The breakfast prices will be going up one dollar starting in September, due to the increasing cost of breakfast inventory.

I’d like to thank all the people that work so hard every Sunday, who continue to make this the “BEST BREAKFAST” in the town of Derry.
