2005 - 2006 Annual Reports

HARVEST SUPPER

The October 2005 Harvest Supper served over 265 seniors, adults and children.  Gross income was $2,533.72, with expenses being $964.72.  This gave a total profit of $1,569.00, which was slightly lower than last year.

Attendance was slightly lower again this year, despite increased advertising for the event.  Again, the goal for the next supper would be to have increased attendance.

Over 100 adults, teens, children and Boy Scouts volunteered to make the Harvest Supper a successful event.  Without all the wonderful volunteers this event would not be possible.  A huge thank you to each and every one of you.

The next 2006 Harvest Supper Buffet will be chaired by Kevin and Diane
Gordon and Tom and Shelley Sipe.
